At Choccyville, we want your chocolates to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver.

Delivery within the UK We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail services. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been dispatched, you can typically expect delivery within:

• Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days
• Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–3 working days

The service available for your order will be shown at checkout.

Dispatch & Handling We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. During busy periods (such as Christmas and Valentine's Day), please allow a little extra time.

Areas We Don't Currently Serve We're unable to ship to addresses outside the United Kingdom at this time, including international destinations and BFPO addresses.
